The terms that apply when you work with TECHCTRL, plus our refund and privacy policies. Last updated 6 August 2026.
By commissioning work from TECHCTRL ("we", "us"), you ("the client") agree to these terms. Each project is confirmed by a written quote, which together with this page forms the agreement between us.
Every project is quoted individually based on the brief you give us. A quote covers the deliverables, revision rounds and timeline stated in it. Anything outside that — added features, extra revision rounds, or a change of direction after approval — is scoped and quoted separately before we continue.
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, a deposit is due before work begins, with the balance due on completion and before final files or access are handed over. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice.
Estimated timelines start once the deposit and everything we need from you (brief, content, brand assets, access credentials) have been received. Slow feedback or late materials push the timeline back accordingly — we'll flag it early if a date is at risk.
The number of revision rounds is stated in your quote. Revisions refine the agreed direction; asking us to change direction entirely after you've approved something is treated as new work and quoted separately.
You confirm that any text, images, logos, video or other material you give us is either yours or properly licensed for the use intended, and that we can use it to build your project. You stay responsible for material you supply.
Once you've paid in full, ownership of the final, approved deliverables passes to you. We keep ownership of working files, source projects and unused concepts unless we agree in writing to hand them over. Third-party assets (fonts, stock media, plugins, libraries) stay subject to their own licences, and securing any licence you need is your responsibility unless we say otherwise.
We may show finished work in our portfolio, on this site and on our social channels. If your project needs to stay private, tell us in writing and we'll keep it out of our portfolio or present it without identifying details.
We keep non-public information you share with us confidential and use it only to deliver your project. Happy to sign a mutual NDA if you'd like one in place before we start.
Either side can cancel a project in writing at any time. If you cancel, you remain responsible for the work completed up to that point, and any deposit is handled under the Refund Policy below.
We deliver work to a professional standard but don't guarantee specific business outcomes such as sales, traffic or rankings. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for that project, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Projects often depend on services we don't control — hosting providers, domain registrars, app stores, plugins or platforms. We're not responsible for their downtime, policy changes, pricing or rejections, though we'll always help you work through issues where we can.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here on the date your project is confirmed is the one that applies to it.
A deposit reserves your slot in our schedule and covers the planning and initial work that starts right away. Once that work has started, the deposit is non-refundable.
If you cancel before any work has actually started, your deposit is refunded in full.
If you cancel partway through, we invoice for the work completed and time committed up to that date. Anything you've paid beyond that is refunded, and completed work is released to you once any outstanding balance is settled.
Once final files have been delivered and approved, the project is considered complete and isn't refundable. If something doesn't match what was agreed, tell us and we'll put it right — see below.
If a deliverable doesn't match the agreed brief, let us know within 14 days of delivery and we'll fix it at no extra charge until it does. This covers work that departs from the brief, not a change of mind after you've approved it.
Ongoing support arrangements can be cancelled with written notice before the next billing date. The current period isn't refunded, but you won't be billed again and keep everything delivered during that period.
Email info@thetechctrl.com with your project name and the reason for the request. We reply within one business day and process approved refunds to your original payment method.

We collect only what we need to reply to you and deliver your project: your name, email address and any details you submit through our contact or quote forms, plus any correspondence you send us. If you become a client, we also hold the project materials and billing details needed to complete and invoice the work.
We use your information to reply to enquiries, prepare quotes, deliver projects, issue invoices and provide support. We don't sell your information, and we don't send marketing emails unless you ask us to.
We share information only with the service providers we need to operate — our hosting provider and email provider — and only to the extent required. We may disclose information if the law requires it. We never sell or rent your data.
This site uses only what it needs to function. A small amount of data is stored locally in your browser to remember preferences such as light or dark mode; it stays on your device and isn't sent to us.
Enquiries that don't turn into projects are kept for up to 12 months. Project and billing records are kept as long as required for accounting purposes.
Our site is served over HTTPS, and access to project files and correspondence is limited to the people working on your project. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we're not required to keep it. Email info@thetechctrl.com and we'll respond within one business day.
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published here with a new revision date.
Ask us before you commit to anything — we'd rather be clear upfront than sort it out later.
